Baby Massage & Yoga - 5 week block

I welcome you and your beautiful baby to join me for a baby massage and baby yoga focused course, to; consciously connect and bond with baby, relax and do some yoga for yourself, catch up with local parents and learn some valuable soothing techniques to help ease any of baby's discomforts. As well as aid their development through touch, play, postures and songs.
This 5 week course will run Monday morning's 10:30-11:45am @ Studio18 Health Club located at Mount Maunganui Golf Club. They are designed for babies 8 weeks - pre crawling.
